Today’s Weigh-In: 166.0lbs
That’s 5.5lbs lost last week. A vast improvement over HCG Week 1 when I cheated horribly and didn’t lose a single pound. Last Saturday’s decision to do primarily Vega shakes was a good one. And who knows, maybe the African Mango and Raspberry Ketones I added are helping. And of course, all of the Zumba has to help. Two hours of Zumba yesterday at a Zumbathon for Cystic Fibrosis. Tiring, but so much fun. It’s great for a new Zumba Instructor like myself to see seasoned Zumba instructors in action, it is really inspiring. Yesterday I signed up for Zumba Toning training September 25 in Oak Grove, Kentucky. I can’t wait, it should be so much fun.
