According to my Lose It app if I eat 1228 calories a day I can reach my goal weight of 139 lbs. by my birthday, April 29. Of course, that was a week ago so I guess May 6 would be the new date. I know I need to follow a low carb plan so consulting my favorite low carb website (diet.net.nz) I have picked Protein Power Lifeplan since it is one of the many books in my weight loss collection that I haven’t actually followed before.
